Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have up to 30 days to start a return from the date you receive your order. We want you to love what you buy, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label or detailed instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached), we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Absolutely! We offer exchanges. If for any reason you didn't get the product you expected—wrong size, wrong color, or just not what you wanted—let us know and we'll get you a new one. Contact support@BaeBeKillinem.com to start your exchange.

Defective or Wrong Items

We've got you covered! If there's any issue with your order—wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you expected—simply contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com and we'll make it right with a refund or exchange for the correct item.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
