1. How long are shipping times?
After your products are shipped depending on delivery method it may take an estimated 2-8 business days to reach your doorstep.  Each product at BaeBekillinem has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.  As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.  Due to Covid-19 there may be longer wait late times and some delays. Click Shipping & Delivery Policy in Quick Links for more details.
2. What's your return policy?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com. If your return is accepted, you may keep the item and we will refund your payment.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Click Refund Policy in Quick Links for more details.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive the package within the specified time frame for each product.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.  So if you cancel your order but still receive the package please go ahead and keep it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order; If its the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted.  Simply notify us and we will give you a refund.  You wont be asked to return the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you didn't get the product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
