1. How long are shipping times?
We ship fast! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, delivery typically takes 1-8 days depending on your location and shipping method. Each product at BaeBekillinem has an estimated delivery time listed in the product description. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way. 2. What's your return policy?
You have up to 30 days to start a return from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll process your refund. 3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you contact us before your order ships. However, because we process orders quickly (within 1-2 days), sometimes orders ship before we can cancel them. If you cancel your order but still receive the package, it's yours to keep—no need to send it back!
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
We've got you covered! If there's any issue with your order—wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you expected—simply contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com and we'll make it right with a refund or exchange for the correct item.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely! If for any reason you didn't get the product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one. Reach out to support@BaeBeKillinem.com to start your exchange.
