1. How long are shipping times?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days for standard domestic shipping. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is also available. International orders vary by destination — see our full Shipping & Delivery Policy for details. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.


2. How much does shipping cost?

US orders over $50 ship FREE. Standard shipping is $6.99 and Express shipping is $14.99. International rates are carrier-calculated at checkout.


3. What's your return policy?

You have up to 30 days to start a return from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll process your refund. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Click Refund Policy in Quick Links for complete details.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted if requested before your order ships. Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in progress. If your order has already shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.


5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

We've got you covered! If there's any issue with your order—wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you expected—simply contact us at support@BaeBeKillinem.com and we'll make it right with a refund or exchange for the correct item.


6. Do you offer exchanges?

Absolutely! If for any reason you didn't get the product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one. Reach out to support@BaeBeKillinem.com to start your exchange.
